Kansas City Chiefs are on track to make history

THE CHARM of Taylor Swift has soared through Kansas once again after they advance to the main stage for the 3rd time in a row after a 32-29 win

The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Buffalo Bills at the Arrow Head Stadium for the second semi-final play-off of the night.

Last time these two teams met was week 11 where the Buffalo Bills came out victorious putting the first loss of the season for the ‘Red Coaters’.

Andy Reid’s defence held strong against a fire packed offence with Tyler Bass completing a 53-yard field goal to make the score 7-3.

The end of the first quarter didn’t go as planned for Mahomes after he fumbled the ball from the snap and the Bills pounced on it giving them another possession to take the lead.

Josh Allen only needed 5 minutes where James Cook rushed from 8 yards out to give them a 3-point cushion.

Mahomes bounced straight back after a pass to Xavier Worthey leading to 6 points putting the giants in red back in the lead.

The ‘Red Coaters’ ended the first half in a dominating fashion as they stopped the Bills converting a 2-point play making it 21-16.

James Cook after an amazing second effort put the ‘Bisons’ up by 1 point with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

Half-way through the 4th quarter, Josh Allen equalised the game after a dime to Curtis Samuel which led to 6 making the score 29-29.

The icing on top came from Harrison Butker after he converted a 35-yard field goal to send the Chiefs back to the Superbowl for the 3rd straight time.

Kansas City Chiefs will have a rematch from Superbowl 57 against the Philadelphia Eagles where they will be looking for the first 3-peat ever.
