Arsenal prepare for battle hardened Burnley to go top of Premier League

Arsenal will look to carry on their Premier League title hopes tomorrow away to Burnley at Turfmoor.

The Gunners are currently sat third on 52 points and are only two points off the top of the table and if all results go their way they they might just be top of the Premier League by the end of the weekend.

The Clarets at the other end of the table will be aiming to get a crucial point or three in their aim to escape the where they are at the moment seven points off of safety.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta believes that his team need to fully embody their charisma and energy in what will be a tough battle.

Arteta declared;”Burnley are extremely well coached and are very competitive, so we know we have a tough match on Saturday – we will play with the same energy and enthusiasm.

“We have done a lot of things right in the season, we have shown a lot of level of consistency and now we want to go another step forward and want to play the way we are playing – we will see where we get.”

Vincent Kompany stated Burnely need to be clinical against the fierce title contenders.

Kompany announced;”We have faced a lot of the top, top teams in the last couple of weeks and it hasn’t changed from when we played Spurs, City, Liverpool, you do need something to go your way on the day.

“It’s practice and belief together, you have to believe that the next time you are in a situation to score in, you find the back of the net.”

The last time the two faces each other this season in the Premier League back in November The Gunners rolled over Burnley 3-1 at The Emirates.
