WINCHESTER City currently sit 14th in the Southern Premier League, but have one of the lowest budgets in the division.
Furthermore, being in the seventh tier of English football the Citizens are only semi-professional and operate on a part-time basis, and train just twice a week.
This means due to their lack of budget and limited time the club rely on volunteers to help run the club behind the scenes and on match days.
One of these helpers is Saj Rahman, who has been the head of media at Winchester City for a year and a half.
Rahman revealed how different it is working at a non-league level compared to farther up the football pyramid.
He said: “It’s a lot less organised than a club higher up
“A lot of it is last minute.”
Additionally, Sporting Director Ali Henderson, who also runs the bar highlighted how important the club house can be to a non league team.
She said: “I think the bar is such an important part about coming to football.
“I think thats a great thing about our league is that you can actually drink while watching the game”
