MK Dons host Crawley in tonight’s eagerly anticipated EFL League Two fixture.
The Dons sit in fifth whereas the visitors are struggling down at the bottom end of the table in 22nd and are fighting for their survival.
The home side are in the race for a promotion place and even have a chance of getting out the league as champions and are currently six points off the top of the league.
The visitors, on the other hand, sit just outside of the relegation zones by four points following a struggle this season.
With only one win in the past five games, Crawley will hope tonight will relight the spark for their safety with their most recent win coming over fellow threatened side Harrogate Town.
The Dons top scorer Callum Patterson will be looking to improve on his great season and add to his 14 goals to be in with a chance for the golden boot and put more clouds over the dark season Crawley have had.
The Dons will come into this game with their heads high following four wins in the last five games and scoring 12 goals in these games.
This will be the first time former coach Scott Lindsey returns to Stadium MK since his sacking in March which left MK Dons at the wrong end of the league table resulting in the side spending another season in League Two.
Reporter Leyton Hewlett will be attending the game, and it will be live on the Solent Sports News YouTube channel
