Australia and India battle for Cricket supremacy

Five time winners Australia will battle against hosts India on Sunday in the Cricket World Cup final.

India have been flawless throughout this tournament and have backed up being pre tournament favourites as they are the only team who haven’t lost a game in this edition.

Virat Kohli has had a tournament to remember with being the highest run getter with 711 runs at average of 101.57 with the next person over 100 runs behind him.

Mohammed Shami has the most wickets in this year’s World Cup with 23 wickets and has only played six game compared the others players in the top 5 for wickets.

As for Australia Adam Zampa sits 2nd for wickets with 22 in 10 games and he has taken throughout all overs such as powerplay overs, middle overs and death overs.

Mr reliable David Warner has the most runs for Australia this World Cup with 528 in 10 games.

Australia will be looking for their 6th 50 over World Cup this Sunday as India will be looking for their first ICC trophy since 2011 Cricket World Cup.
