Jack Wilshere takes on Head Coaching role at Luton Town

Jack Wilshere posing as Luton Head Coach

JACK Wilshere recently became the third youngest head coach in the EFL taking his first permanent role at just 33 years old.

Wilshere believes that his time as a coach at Norwich City has prepared him take this role and made him ready for mens football:

“Going to Norwich and feeling that (coaching mens football) is probably why I’m sat here today.”

Wilshere believes that this Luton side have the ability to gain promotion with the side being the pre season favourites but suffering a poor start that saw the side dismiss former boss Matt Bloomfield saying:

“I think we’ve got enough quality to get out of this league and enough quality to compete in the championship next year.”

We’ll see if Wilshere’s turn to management can replicate the success of others former player such as Zinedine Zidane and Carlo Ancelotti or the failures Frank De Boer or Tony Adams.
