Jimmy Bright scores eight in a 19-1 win

Pavilion Panthers Reserves made a Bright start to their Southampton Divisional FC Sunday B Cup campaign when they took Blackfield & Langley Youth to school with a 19-1 hammering.

Jimmy Bright led the romp with eight goals, with Jack Rushby adding four and Kieron Brown a hat-trick. Sam Norman added two and singles from Callum Ward and Lucas Lopez rounded off the morning’s work, with Ollie Richardson adding some scant consolation for Blackfield.

Dylan Male’s hat-trick led the way in AFC Noble Arms’ 14-0 romp against Boorley Green B. Charlie Hughes, Baily McKenzie and Josh Jablonski provided doubles, with George Sharp, Archie Ford, Charlie Newcome, James Hickman and Kailan Mason weighing in with singles.

Elsewhere in the B cup, Brett Stanley’s hat-trick provided the bedrock for Chandler’s Ford’s 8-2 win over  M&T Sunday, with Charlie Smith, Jack White, Billy Hugill, Sam Piper and Lewis Eades weighing in with singles.

Braydon Richardson netted twice as Solent Sports Butchers chopped up Harefield United 2-0, and Jacob May’s hat-trick and a single from Carlos Borges saw Waterside Wanderers home 4-2 against Netley Royals (Callum Godden, Jack Shepherd).

BTC Southampton eased into the next round with a 6-0 win over Sarisbury Spartans 3rdXI, courtesy of goals from Connor Golding (2), Cawley Ross, Thomas Miles, Jamie Strange and Dylan Kinsey.

Ryan House’s goal for Woodside settled a tight tie against Bedes Lea, while goals from Elliot Young, Thomas Burford-Hoad and Shane Logan saw Fleming Athletic carve out a 3-1 win over Burridge AFC (Matt Smith).

In the Junior A Cup, Ashley Palmer’s double sa AFC Boyatt through 2-0 at the expense of Embley Park and Crackle Rock spread the goals around in their 5-2 win over Cottage, with Jake Gould, James Gibson, Harry Gardner and Jake Butt and Sam Brown getting on the score sheet.

Lyndhurst Sunday Reserves (Jordan Stephens 2, Sam Caplen and Morgan Vincent) saw off Hamwic (Dalton Baker 2) 4-2, while Boorley Green eased past Humble Plumb 3-0, thanks to goals from Enrico Dunvicher and Ollie Shapland.
Ryan Bailey-Kilford, Justin Dominey and Lewis Evans notched in Hythe Town’s 3-0 win over Bishopstoke Sunday and goals from James Cooley and Shaun Boyle saw Marchwood Rangers home 2-1 against Hamble Club Sunday (Erric Cousso).

Newchester (Dylan Hartley 2, Jake Barrett) saw off troubled Newton Heath 3-2, with the replies coming from Tafadzwa Mhiza and Tapiwa Gonyona.

Adam Swift’s double had Hedge End Town 2-1 ahead against Sporting Compass, who turned it round with goals from Luke Bioffin, Jake Barrett and an own goal.

Similar story as Tali Browne and Luke Hammond goals saw Solent Sports Titans ahead against Star Romsey, who rallied to a 4-2 win thanks to goals from  Zac Foss, Dan Collins, Mitch Down and Harvey Goodridge.

In the sole Senior Cup tie Linden Tree rattled out a warning with an 8-1 thumping of GTFC. Charlie Rattley’s foursome and Josh Ball’s hat-trick was completed by Jake Harvey’s single, with Charlie Cooper providing scant consolation.

In league action, Callum Parker and Jamie Mansell saw Townhill Park home 2-1 in their Division 1 clash with Southern Sports (Krysty Sullivan).

Tom Ashton banged in five as Monks Brook hammered Hop Inn 7-0, with Tom Richards and Harry Edmondson rounding off the rout.

Lyndhurst edged a seven-goal thriller against Mottisfont, thanks to goals from Jack Ison (2), Jordan Marquis and James Grassie. Nick Beattie and Ryan Trimble provided the respose from ‘Font.

In Division 3 Adam Cooper’s hat-trick underpnined Tudor Wanderers 5-1 win over Riverside Sunday. Richie Sesay and Joe Dowd completed Tudor’s scoring with Sam Hill replying for Riverside.

Mitchell Symonds, George Fairless, Andres Beltran and an own goal earned Woolston T&L a 4-2 win over Pavilion Panthers (Jake Dellimore, Ben Ward).

Bursledon FC Men downed London Airways 7-2 in Division 4, thanks to goals from Duane Williams (2), Liam Higgins (2), Matt Millmore, Jamain Russell and Ollie Flack with Will Capper and Josh Hodges replying for Airways.

Sam May’s hat-trick sparked Sarisbury Spartans Reserves to a 7-3 Division 5 win over Blackfield & Langley A. Todd Rennison, Luca Russo-Prentice and a Josh Collins penalty rounded off Spartans’ scoring with Owen Walsh, Michael MacLeod and Jake Voller responding for Blackfield.

Jamie Blyth struck FC Phoenix ahead in their Division 6 clash with Elephant and Castle, only for Velin Nguyen and Lewis Twomey to turn things around.

Harvey Mintrum’s treble, and goals from Mitch Ward and  Lewis Horne eased Wyvern Youth Athletic to a 5-1 win over Hearts Athletic (Cameron Yates).

Down in Division 8 AFC Woodside Reserves saw off Netley Royals B 5-0, thanks to goals from Mackenzie Broadbridge (2), Brad Turner, Shaun Bell and Kyle Patel.
