After a close game between the Solent Phoenixes and Bristol last week that ended in a three sets to two victory for Solent, they now finish all their games before Christmas and have won every game so far.
Solent now sit top of the table with Bournemouth who have played 1 more game and have lost once this season.
The most surprising part of the success by the phoenixes is the fact that they do not have a manager or anyone that is coaching and have proven that they don’t need one to dominate the league so far.

And club president, Ryan Howell and captain, Jack Lee-Francis are two of the players that played last year in the team who have stepped up to the plate and a key reason why the team is blossoming.
In this interview I spoke to the both of them to ask what were their opinions on how the team were doing so far as well as what was the secret behind their success so far this season.
