HAMPSHIRE’S Marina Cornwall has had a successful start to the year, winning four golds medals at her time in the European Masters Women’s Championship, in Malaga, Spain.
The current World, European and British Champion has been competing in the weight category above her proposed one, from only being 43kg, but still beating those in the 47kg class.
Cornwall’s power to weight ratio is phenomenal, she can deadlift near triple her body weight and squat near double her weight.

Cornwall has been training ahead of British Masters Classics Championship which takes place in June and the Commonwealth Championship in October 2024.
