THE F1 silly season is set to kick off earlier than ever with Red Bull contemplating changing their driver line-up after just TWO ROUNDS.
Liam Lawson became the driver Red Bull paired with world champion, Max Verstappen, for the 2025 F1 season, after moving on from Sergio Perez after three seasons with the team.
However, news and chatter has started to circulate around the paddock with talk that Yuki Tsunoda could be replacing Liam Lawson before the Japanese Grand Prix, this coming weekend!
So far this season, Lawson is yet to even make it into Q2, qualifying 18th in Australia, 20th for the Chinese sprint race and 20th for the full race in China.
To make matters even worse, the Kiwi is yet to score a point in a car that everyone assumes would be one of the favourites for the Championship, but the Racing Bulls car looks more steady after two races.
And this has prompted Yuki Tsunoda to score three points as he finished sixth in the Chinese sprint.
More recently fans have become accustomed to Red Bull making radical driver changes during a season, but just two races in feels too crazy, even for them.
