After a rather chaotic start to the Premier League season that has seen champions Liverpool falter in recent weeks, it seems the title is up for grabs for just about everyone.
Despite being huge favourites to defend their title of English Champions after spending just under half a billion pounds in the summer transfer window and breaking the league’s transfer record twice within the span of a couple months, Liverpool have now lost four games in a row 7th in the table and now look unlikely to regain the trophy.
Arsenal now sit four points above the rest of the league with their only loss this season coming against Liverpool earlier this season and having only conceded 3 goals in 9 games leaving them as the most likely to finally win the league after three years of coming 2nd.
However even with Arsenal’s good form, there are still only six points between 1st and 6th with teams like Bournemouth having their best ever start to the season sitting in 2nd and Premier League newcomers Sunderland sitting in 4th despite being one of the favourites at the start of the season to be relegated.
Both teams from Manchester also seem to be gaining back their momentum with Amorim’s Reds now winning 4 in their last 5 and Erling Haaland back to his best with 11 goals in 9 games for Manchester City, who of course cant be counted out after their serial success in recent years.
With most teams in the league performing very differently than expected at the start of the season with newly promoted teams consistently beating teams that were meant to be competing at the top to favourites to get European football at the start of the season sitting in relegation places.
In what seems to be an extremely unpredictable season where no one can be sure how it will finish at the moment, with positions in the league being more contested than ever before, will Arsenal finally end their streak of coming second? Can Manchester city continue their era or dominance over the league? will Liverpool gain back their form? Can an underdog come out of nowhere and clinch the title?
