Vikings-Browns kickoff the NFL London games on Sunday with history being made

Dillon Gabriel is set to make history this Sunday when he lines up for the Cleveland Browns against the Minnesota Vikings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Cleveland Browns Quarterback will be the first ever rookie to make their first NFL debut overseas as he will line up for his first regular season start. He replaces Joe Flacco after last weeks 34-10 defeat.

Gabriel was drafted 94th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft from Oregon after the Ducks went 13-1 making the playoffs but getting beaten by champions Ohio State. Dillon threw for 3,857 yards and 30 touchdowns in his senior year.

Browns are coming to London with a 1-3 record after a 34-10 loss to the Detroit Lions. Their all time record internationally is 0-1 after they lost 33-16 to the Minnesota Vikings in 2017.

Minnesota has become the first team to have back-to-back games in different European countries. After they lost 24-21 to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week in Dublin, Ireland. Vikings are 4-1 of all time in International wins with second place being the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Vikings had to bring in Superbowl champion Carson Wentz after their star Quarterback J.J. McCarthy went out with an ankle injury who made his regular season debut two weeks ago against the Atlanta Falcons, he was coming back after tearing his ACL last season in his pre-season debut.
