THE 6 nations is kicking off with a bang as reigning champions Ireland face last years 2nd place France this coming Friday.
The Irish will be travelling to face their French foes at the Stade Vellodrome in Marseille for theyre 80 minute clash.
Who will be victorious?
The boys in green went undefeated last time round will be wanting to do the same and bring the grand slam back home to Dublin.
However France will be no easy task, after losing last years 6 nations and being knocked out of the world cup in the semi-finals, Dupont will lead his army of blue to try and seek revenge for their run of bad luck.
The other four teams will be playing on Saturday the third of February, England will face Italy in the Stadio Olimpico while Wales and Scotland battle it out in the Millenium stadium.
Italy didn’t win a game in the last 6 nations and came last with only getting one bonus point so improvement is a must for Italy.
A dissapointing 6 nations for Wales last contest losing 4 out of 5 games, while Scotland will want to improve on their already impressive third place in 2023.
England finished last tournament in 4th, with risk of using key player Marcus Smith due to a recent injury scare, redemption for the lions are not looking too likely.
