Townhill have set a cracking pace at the top of Division One as Clayd Roach’s double made it five wins from five with a 2-1 victory over Linden Tree, who replied through Harry West.

Lyndhurst Sunday moved into second spot in Division Two as doubles from Jack Ison and Sean McKenna, and a single from Freddie Briggs gave the Foresters a 5-2 win over Mottisfont (Joey Hardingham, Jack Lawrence).

Luke Bailey kept a cool head twice from the spot as GTFC beat Athletico Millbrook 4-1. Alex Nash and Brandon Williams were also on target for GTFC, Daniel Spencer providing Millbrook’s consolation.

Newton Heath are picking up after a slow start in Division Three with Ashley Lloyd scoring four, along with Ben Blake, as they edged out AFC Riverside 5-4, Sam Hill (2) Jack Bignell and Marvis Itua replying for Riverside.

Hedge End Town sit atop Division Five after edging out Bursledon 4-3 to make it five wins from five. Travis McDonald 2), Jordi Bond and Adam Swift were on the money for Hedge End, with Duane Williams. Ben James and an own goal pushing them close.

Boorley Green made it two wins from two, with Ollie Shapland, Owen Roles and Rico Dunvicher on target in a 3-2 win over AFC Boyatt (Will Smith 2).

Solent Sports Titans moved onto the shoulders of Hedge End with a 2-1 win over Star Romsey. Tali Browne and James Pritchard netted for Titans, Josh Tarrant’s goal leaves Star still looking for their first point.

Sarisbury Spartans Ressies made it four from four at the top of Division Five, with Korey Roseby, Kai Rushford and Idris Ganiyo among the scorers in a 5-1 win over Hamble Club. 

Bishopstoke Sunday dropped two potentially precious points as they were held 2-2 by Humble Plumb who entered the mix. Sam Crabbe and Ben Schneider were Plumb’s marksmen, with Sam Bessant and Connor Brown responding for Stoke.

AFC Woodside’s 3-0 win over Burridge keeps them top of Division Six, thanks to goals from Ryan House, Mackenzie Broadbridge and Alex Azadegan, but Netley Royals are breathing down their necks with a game in hand as Jack Sherwood (2), Hakeem Ogunsaya (2) and Ricky Hart notched in a 5-2 win over Hearts Athletic (Jack Nutburn, Cameron Yeates).

AFC Noble Arms are the Division Seven powerhouse, thumping Sarisbury Spartans 3rds 10-1 for their third successive win, Charlie Newcombe and James Hickman clocked doubles with George Sharp, Joseph Courtney, Dylan Male, Luis Llwellyn, Lewis Nagle and Archy Ford weighing in with singles. Kahree Brown ruined the clean sheet.

Michelmersh & Timsbury top the table after rattling in nine against Blackfield & Langley Youth. Buddy Foreman’s hat-trick was added to by Owen Tucker (2), Wayne Webster, Joe Parker, Clint Nash and Ashley Pestana.
Jimmy Bright’s double earned Pavilion Panthers Reserves a 2-1 win over Fleming Athletic, while Blackfieldl & Langley B (Jake Hallett, Dan Youcher, Kieran Rawlijgs) edged out Solent Sports Butchers (Naz Sharma, Freddie Vine) 3-2.

Chandlers Ford led a Division Eight goal fest with an 11-0 romp over Boorley Green B. Ollie Burroughs led the way with four, Alex Cusick followed with a hat-trick, a double from Jack Somers and singles from Charlie Crockford and Sam Piper.

Jake Parker notched a hat-trick in NMCR’s 7-0 win over Waterside Wanderers, Tyler Bentley, Adam Barnard, Kieron Roper and Same Comely completed the scoring.

Jordy Emmett notched a hat-trick in AFC Spitfire’s 4-1 over AFC Woodside Reserves with Jake Price rounding off the scoring, and George Halford’s hat-trick gave Harefield United their first win of the season, 3-1 over Netley Royals B (Rion Fielder).

Southern Sports Youth won the Southern Sports battle in the Sunday Senior Cup 4-3. Charlie Glasspool (2), Liam Attrill and Richie Fernandez goals booked a second round berth at the expense of Southern Sports (Andy Powell, Ryan Thomoson, Matt Casey).

Sporting Compass sealed their second round passage in the Junior A Cup, Jack Nicholas (2), Luke Biffin and Sam Tonks on the money in a 4-0 win over Lyndhurst Reserves.
Marchwood Rangers edged out Tudor Wanderers 3-2 with Jake Murray, Matthew Ley and James Cooley sealing a second half turn around after Joseph Dowd and Adam Cooper had given Tudor half-time command.

Ben Allen scored his first ever goal for Woolston T&L as they rattle in five against Crackle Rock (Hamish Gattrell 2, Mitchell Symons 2) but was in vain as Crackle won a pulsating game 6-5, with Will Oakley (4), Sam Thornton and an own goal seeing Crackle home.

BTC Sunday Reds rattled in nine against AFC Phoenix to clinch their third round spot in the Junior B Cup. Grant Newman fired a hattrick, with Jamie Strange, Cameron Ross and Connor Golding all contributing doubles, Goals from Ben Kemplin (2) and Martin Miller gave soe respectability to the scoreline.

AFC Taurus marched into the second round of the AJ Miller Trophy with Isaac Bartolo (2), Ash Madden, Jalil Conteh and Charlie Briscall on target in a 5-1 win over AFC Hutwood (Rob Owen)
