THE SIX-A-SIDE shortened style provides an accessible option for those looking to enjoy a casual way to play the sport they love.

A study of 1.2 million adults showed a 40% decline in poor mental health days when regularly exercising, however 35% of adults in a different study said they were unable to afford a gym membership in this cost of living crisis.

Clearly, this data shows that many adults feel the benefits of exercise, yet don’t feel they are in a financial position to regularly gain access to sports facilities.

At just 5 per week, 6-a-side offers a cheap solution that allows anyone of all ages and ability the chance to play the sport they love in a fast-paced format.
