THE Quality Wrestling Academy began in late 2018 with a vision by 2 brothers Rishi and Raj who at age 5 fell in love with the sport, but now their goal is to become the best place for Uk wrestlers to train and learn under two ex professionals.
Originally setting up in Southsea Quality now have a home in Havant at PFM Fitness Gym where students can come and train under Rishi up to 3 times a week.
Rishi wrestled for over 25 years on the British scene, going by the ring-name the ‘Prince of Mumbai’ Rishi Gosh now he wants to give back and make the next generation of stars.
The most recent of there classes success is 18-year-old Archie Cole who goes by ‘The Nightmare Kid’ who is determined to put himself and Portsmouth on the map.
The 18-year-old has already competed in Japan, training at the prestigious Pro Wrestling Noah Dojo in Shinjuku City
Archie earned the respect of the UK and Asian scene when he was selected over 40 other young wrestlers in Manchester.
there academy has lots of ages and talent levels on offer including PJ Reeves who said he was born to wrestle and his dream is to do it full time.
The main sessions on offer at the Academy is their ‘Wrestlefit’ and ‘Advanced’ session, which is targeted around developing longevity in the ring and overall enhancing the key skills needed to be ‘ring ready’.
