ISLE of Wight side set to welcome Wessex League leaders.
East Cowes Victoria (Vics) are set to take on the challenge of facing AFC Stoneham in the Velocity Wessex League tonight at 19:45.
The Vics welcome the visitors to their home tonight, for what will be a triumphant match.
At the moment the Island side are sat 13th in the table following a disappointing three game losing run.
However, Stoneham are dominating the top of the table as they set out to extend their astonishing 24 games unbeaten run this evening.
The Purps will be looking to start the game off dominantly against a fragile Vics side, with Stoneham entering this fixture beaming with confidence following a nine-nil win at the weekend.
The last team these two teams met, it was riddled with disappointment for the Island side after a 4-0 battering away at Stoneham sent them home feeling sorrowful.
Tonight however they are looking to sideline their misfortunes, and use their home advantage to stop Stoneham in their tracks.
The Purps and their fans have a very unusual away day, as they have to take a boat in order to get to the Beatrice Avenue ground.
This is a rarity, and is an exclusive away day as two Isle of Wight teams situate in this league.
Stoneham are used to coming to the Island as they faced Cowes Sports FC earlier in the season, to which they hammered home a heavy 5-0 defeat to the Yachtsmen.
