Michael Oku will have one more title match before leaving RevPro

MICHAEL Oku announced that he won’t be leaving Revolution Pro Wrestling until he gets one more match for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship.

Oku is heavily rumoured to have signed an exclusive deal to All Elite Wrestling, the number 2 promotion in the world behind WWE.

His announcement came at RevPro’s 32nd Southampton show after a loss in the main event where Oku teamed with young Spanish prospect Zozaya against Connor Mills and Jay Joshua.

However the show opened on a high note when hometown hero JJ Gale defeated Charlie Sterling.

After the match Sterling attempted to attack Gale but the Southampton born wrestler came out on top with the fans behind him.

Current RevPro champion Luke Jacobs wrestled, defeating Joshua James in a hard-hitting battle continuing his impressive 2024 run in the company.


He then told the crowd how confident he is for his upcoming title defence against Tomohiro Ishii at Global Wars despite losing in the two men’s previous fights.

Former WWE superstar Millie Mckenzie defeated young Chantel Jordan, before showing a rare sign of disrespect not shaking Jordan’s hand after the match.

One of the most joyful teams in Europe, Sunshine Machine retained the RevPro tag team titles against Mark Trew and Kieron Lacey to extend their reign to 50 days.

Member of the Cutthroat Collective, Mercedes Blaze defeated Kanji after Millie Mckenzie caused a distraction allowing Blaze to use a foreign weapon against the former Progress Women’s champion.

Ricky Knight Jr defeated the debuting James Ellis cementing the youngsters position as a possible contender for the Undisputed title.


Sha Samuels defeated the patron saint of St. Mary’s David Francisco in a brutal Respect match to end their long-running feud.

The 23 minute minute long main event saw Connor Mills and Jay Joshua stand tall, after the match the victors attempted to hit Amira with a move but she was saved by Oku and Zozaya.

Oku then put over his partner talking about he was the future of the company before announcing that he wants one more title match.

To get the title match he will need to defeat Ricky Knight Jr who came out and stood face to face with Oku before the two threw strikes at each other before being split by security to end he show.
