IMAGINE going out of your comfort zone, filming yourself in a public gym, and within three months, gaining a following of 140,000 people. That is exactly what Luke Brownlow achieved.
Cerebral palsy is a permanent neurological condition that affects movement and co-ordination. Luke Brownlow, a student at Southampton Solent University has this condition.
Luke has mild left side cerebral palsy, affecting his strength and balance.
He has tried to combat this condition by regularly going to the gym, he has gone public with his journey, creating a friendly community on social media, he has been supported throughout his journey so far.
He has been able to meet some famous, inspirational influencers, who also film gym content on social media.
Luke’s grown his account all whilst being a University student at Southampton Solent.
He spoke on how he balances the responsibilities.
“With my sponsor I sometimes have to go different places, and that has to fit around University, obviously University comes first because thats my career.”
