Sharkey’s Sports Bar has opened up a new darts floor with seven boards, as they look to build on the success of the sport.
The boards also have their own halos, which helps illuminate the target for those hoping to improve their game.
With Thursday nights now taken up by the Premier League, the boards and various TV screens will mean local players can play, while also taking in the action from the professionals.
Whenever the Premier League is on, there is a big social night with all the lanes open and the floor crowded with eager fans.
Bar manager Harley insisted the venue ‘is now the premier place to go’ for Darts.
