AC Milan came from behind to beat Juventus 2-1 at Al Awaal Park Stadium in Riyadh.
It was Kenan Yıldız who opened the scoring, latching onto to a beautiful through ball from Mbangula before calmly smashing the ball past Maignan to give Juventus an early lead.
On the stroke of half time it once again Yıldız with a chance to double Juventus’s lead but a fine stop from Maignan at his near post kept AC Milan within distance at half time.
Milan dominated the start of the second half and should have levelled the game up in the 54th minute as Theo Hernandez blazed a shot over the bar from 4 yards out.
Milan got back in the game through a Chritisan Pulisic penalty, a really cheap penalty to give away by Locatelli who seemed to be first gear the entire game.
Milan completed the comeback with a rather helpful deflection. Musah’s cross looked to aimless but a huge deflection off Gatti saw the ball roll into the back of the Juventus net for a Gatti own goal.
Juventus had late chances to get back into the game, but as was the case throughout they couldn’t capitalise with Milan holding on to win the game.
Milan’s victory has set up a Milan Derby Final with another sell out crowd expected.
